Warner Village Cinemas, Inverness and Birkenhead

While employed with Halliday Fraser Munro Architects in Aberdeen, Gary was Lead Architect throughout the design and construction of this 7 screen multiplex cinema.
Completed in July 1999 and costing £4.5 million the building was constructed in 39 weeks including full completion fit out by Barr Construction Limited. The building was developed to meet the requirements of both Warner Village Cinemas and the site developers, Inverness Retail and Business Park Ltd.
The design team subsequently constructed a similar building with design and build specialist contractor Bowmer & Kirkland on a site in Birkenhead for Chapelgate Ltd to meet a very tight procurement programme.
