IF YOU NEED MORE ASSISTANCE, I can provide a stand alone 'IDEAS VISIT' service;

A single flat rate fee of £100, allows me to visit you home or site and discuss your requirements and possible architectural soutions; this site visit is WITHOUT FURTHER COMMITMENT from you, with the £100 fee being refunded to you as a discount on any future architectural service.

The 'IDEAS VISIT' allows me to provide you with a written estimate of possible following services, NO further works are possible without your acceptance of my written fee proposal; my fee proposals are broken in to stages, for you to instruct each phase and have the option to walk away upon settlement of fees for any prior stages of work.

I never proceed any additional works without your prior approval.

The AIM of my service is to identify YOUR needs and then DELIVER the appropriate level of architectural service to suit your TIMESCALE and BUDGET.

My experience during more than 20 years of practice ranges across large and small scale works for private clients, small buisnesses, national companies and agencies and international corporations.

I believe that a successful architectural commission comes from listening to the requirements of the client and applying my own experience of procuring built solutions that focus on meeting and where possible exceeding those requirements.

As an ARB (Architect's Registration Board), RIAS (Royal Incorporation of Architect's in Scotland) and RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architect's) Chartered Architect; I comply fully with the professional codes of conduct for these bodies and carry Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the ARB Architect's Code : Standards of Conduct and Practice 2010.

I have recently become an Approved Certifier of Design for Energy (Section 6 - Domestic), allowing me to certify designs for part of the Building Warrant process and produce registration compliant EPC ( Energy Performance Certificates) for Domestic Buildings.
